There are so many clubs to choose from; Rugby, Soccer, Tennis, Football, Hurling, Cricket, Sailing, Angling, Diving, Rowing, Bowling, Hockey, Badminton, Squash & of course some of the best Golf Courses in Ireland. But it also offers an array of cultural pastimes that will keep you and your family entertained and enlightened.

  • Greystones Rugby Club

    Greystones RFC was formed in 1937 after a meeting in the Carnegie Library in Greystones attended by twenty mainly schoolboys intent on founding a club to represent the town.

    Continuous investment in the clubhouse and its playing facilities sees the club as one of the best maintained in the country, with a first class senior pitch, stand and terraces, a players gym, dressing and club rooms, bar, function room and club shop, with our pre-match luncheons considered to be the best in the country.

    Above all else Greystones Rugby Club is rooted in the local Community providing the opportunity to play rugby to players of all ages, gender and ability.

  • Greystones United AFC Football Club

    Two great clubs in Greystones with a rich history in the locality joined forces to become Greystones United Athletic Football. Boasting fantastic facilities including UEFA approved 4G all weather pitch along with some of the best playing surfaces on grass in the leagues it is obvious to see why it facilitates numerous teams in each of the age sectors from Academy right up to the over 35’s.

  • Eire Og GAA Club

    Éire Óg Greystones is a progressive, non-denominational, non-political and non-racial Sports Club club with approximately 800 members and around 20 different teams competing in Hurling, Camogie, Gaelic Football and Ladies Football in Wicklow League and Championship competitions.

    It is comprised of adult and juvenile sections. The majority of the clubs members are juveniles, both girls and boys, playing football and hurling. The club has a proud and strong Ladies Football tradition.

  • Greystones Lawn Tennis Club

    Greystones L.T.C. places a big emphasis on both the social and competitive aspect of Tennis with a full calendar of Social, Club and inter club tournaments throughout the year, no matter what level of tennis you play.

    Facilities inside include function rooms on two floors, a commercial grade kitchen, conference meeting room facilities with full bar and lounge areas for function and social use, Junior room, shower and changing rooms.

    Our Greystones sauna is situated in the beautiful walled garden in the Boatyard, Greystones Harbour A63R721 next to Le Creperie and The Beach House. We have two 10 person wood fired saunas, a covered changing area with private cubicles, lockers, showers and plunge barrels.

    Greystones Athletic Club has a fantastic group of hard working volunteers who put a huge amount of time and effort into making our club a top class athletic club. We boast a large number of Athletics Ireland qualified & dedicated coaches. We realise the importance that each coach plays in ensuring that we continue to be one of the best juvenile clubs in Ireland and without these coaches / volunteers the club would not be as successful as we are today.

  • Greystones Mariners Baseball Club

    The Mariners Baseball Club is the oldest baseball club in Ireland.

    Our club ethos is Safety, Fun and Participation.

    We are a community-based baseball programme serving youth aged 5 to 17 as well as amateur adult players. At the end of 2019 we had about 70 members. The club is affiliated with Baseball Ireland, the National Governing Body for baseball

  • Sporting Greystones

    Sporting Greystones

    Established in September 2017, we are a young, progressive, and dynamic club based at Dr. Ryan Park, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, and Dublin Oak Academy, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

    In 2017-18, we had six teams competing, and in 2023–24, we will have 22 teams and a thriving Academy.

    Our home grounds have undergone extensive refurbishment (including a new Astro Pitch), grass pitch and changing rooms

    We are proud to be the 50th recipient nationally of the FAI Club Mark Award - an award based on best practices in the governance, management, and administration of a football club. To date, we are the only club in Co Wicklow to have achieved Club Mark Status.

  • Greystones Sailing Club

    Greystones Sailing Club

    Greystones Sailing Club was established in 1968 by Gordon Clarke, Dermod Cafferkey, John Roy, Toby Davies and Ian Mitchell.

    Initially sailing Mirror dinghies launched from a rubber mat on the shingle on North Beach with boats brought to the harbour on the tops of cars for each race. In 1969 a site was acquired from the Local Civics Association and over the next four years a fence and a clubhouse were built. Later with Wicklow County Council and the Civic Association a slipway was built at the Northern breakwater.

    The club grew during the eighties and nineties with an active fleet of around 25 Enterprise dinghies with Junior members in Lasers and Mirrors up to a record 53 dinghies on the water for the Annual Club Regatta in 2008. In 2014 Greystones harbour area was renovated and the club was provided with a brand new customised clubhouse and large pen overlooking the harbour and the new marina.

    Greystones Rowing Club will welcome all interested in Rowing. Whether a novice or with some experience try out and see what you think. Coaches on hand each evening to ease you into a wonderful sport, so come along and give it a try. Four Rowers to a crew, so bring a few pals with you.

  • Greystones Lawn Bowling

    Greystones Bowling Club came into existence on the 4th September 1985 and is situated in a beautiful, tranquil setting by the sea in Greystones

    We cater for bowlers of all ages and abilities all are made equally welcome. Lawn bowls is a competitive sport, but can also be played socially. It is an enjoyable team or singles sport and a great way of enjoying the company of others.
