Following their sold-out performance at the National Concert Hall, Irish soprano Kelli-Ann Masterson and pianist Niall Kinsella perform a concert of songs from the golden age of Hollywood Musicals, including Kiss Me, Kate, West Side Story, My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins…and many more!
Leading young Irish soprano Kelli-Ann Masterson has delighted audiences at home and abroad in opera and concert performances. She is an alumna of the ABL Irish National Opera Studio 2019-2021, and has performed leading roles for Irish National Opera, Opera Collective Ireland, Buxton International Festival and Blackwater Valley Opera Festival. She was the 2022 winner of the NCH Bernadette Greevy Bursary for singers and has performed regularly as soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra and RTÉ Concert Orchestra.
Described as “a meticulous collaborator” (BBC Music Magazine), Irish pianist and conductor Niall Kinsella has established himself as one of Ireland’s most exciting, versatile and sought-after musicians. He has performed extensively across Europe accompanying leading singers. In September 2023, he conducted the RTÉ Concert Orchestra in a sold-out celebration of Rodgers & Hammerstein at NCH which was broadcast on RTÉ lyric fm. He conducts a celebration of MGM Musicals at the NCH on September 4th and makes his debut conducting the Ulster Orchestra in March 2025.

The Whale Theatre welcomes the Wicklow Stories Film Festival for the third year in a row. The festival has now become a true staple in Greystones, returning with a red carpet and amazing short films. Like every year, the Wicklow Stories Film Festival aims to uplift and highlight the talents of local filmmakers, with stories that centre around the county.
We are delighted to announce the partnership between the Wicklow Stories Film Festival and Ardmore Studios - Ireland's oldest and most iconic film studio.
This year we are introducing a very special Ardmore Studio Recognition Award which will be announced and presented by Elaine Geraghty, Managing Director of Ardmore Studios during the evening show on Saturday, 12th October in the Whale Theatre.
